There is some natural, microscopic pits visible under a glass, and some faint pin scratches outlining the profile of King George. Otherwise attractive, glossy surfaces with no wear and fantastic eye appeal. Only seven known examples of Martin 5.1-H.1 variety, and a dozen known examples of 1724 two pence, this piece ranking among the best two or three. 199.3 grains.
