Description: Up for sale is an early 1800’s mochaware seaweed pattern tankard/mug. It is approximately 5” tall and mouth is 3.5” in diameter. The piece is not perfect: there is a significant chip in the base, about 1” wide and .5” high; tight hairline toward the top of the handle; and stable hairlines and small chips on the rim and bottom. Despite its flaws, it presents pretty well. The included photos are an extension of this description—please look at them carefully and ask questions before committing to purchase. PLEASE NOTE: I will combine shipping for multiple purchases. If you are purchasing or submitting multiple offers, please message me as soon as possible to let me know. I usually package items as soon as possible to get them to you quickly. In some instances, this means I may have already packed and printed shipping label before I receive notice of additional purchases. When I'm aware of multiple orders, I will send appropriate refund for discounted shipping. For flat rate shipping, the usual charge is $0.50 for each additional item, and calculated shipping is based on actual cost. I try to keep your shipping expense as low as possible and though the price for smaller items may seem high, it is reflective of USPS charges for Ground Advantage that includes tracking and insurance.
