1880s plaid wool Antique Victorian bodice skirt, dress Details Balloon Sleeves

Description: Incredible authentic 1800s two-piece ensemble made from black and white hounds tooth wall with periwinkle blue and tape silk window pane overlay and black crocheted appliqués. The bodice has incredible sleeves, silk bows at the wrists and neckline and boning throughout the blouse. All hooks and eyes are attached and original. There are no designer names or store labels anywhere. The original skirt is also included although unfortunately it does have holes throughout. Sadly the largest one is of course in the center front and measures approximately 2 inches wide. The closure in the back of the skirt is hooks and eyes and there is an interesting construction that creates a bustled effect. We have included the maximum amount of photos that Etsy listings allow, so we are happy to provide additional photos of certain areas to seriously interested buyers. there are also some holes in the wall of the blouse. None are larger than 1/2 inch.
