Description: I can find no other copy of the 20 3/4”x 26 3/4” poster, that’s adhered to a heavy paper board. It was publishedin Philadelphia in 1895, by Edward B. Elliott at Chambers Printing House. It’s titled “Our Flags and it’s History”with the Star Spangled Banner, in the center star, with the Acts of Congress and a listing of flags at the bottom.It has a few scratches that can be seen in the photos, but still has vibrant coloring. It will be sent well packaged and flat.
