This is an issue of the House & Garden magazine from February 1923. This magazine features a great cover, illustrations, articles, stories, and advertisements. The outer covers are in overall fair condition. The outer covers show nicks, tears, and creases. There is minor paper loss around the edges of the front cover. The inside pages are in overall very good condition. A few of the pages show minor creases and foxing. This magazine appears to be complete, we could not check every page.
