Description: This is a 1935 Diamond Stars baseball card of the Detroit Tigers' Hall of Famer Hank Greenberg, certified by PSA as PR-1 (MK), Poor-1 with marks. There is a lot of scuffing on the obverse of the card and several pencil notations on the reverse. Please view the photos. It is card #54 in the set. The PSA Certification number is 75457123. Mr. Greenberg's surname is spelled correctly on the obverse of the card; there is an error variation (sometimes referenced as #54B) with his surname spelled incorrectly as, "Greenburg". This set is referenced as the 1934-1934 Diamond Stars, as they were issued over a three-year period. Jefferson Burdick's designation for this set in his book, American Card Catalog, is R327. They were made by the National Chicle Company of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
