These are examples of the 1970, 1971 and 1972 editions of the U.S. Mint Uncirculated Coin Set. This type of set has been distributed since 1947. These sets were acquired by me from another collector several years ago. The sets provide examples of each business-strike coin that the minting facilities produced for that year. Of special note, each set contains a 1C coin from the San Francisco Mint, which would continue to strike 1C coins for circulation through 1974. The 1970 set also contains an example of the 40% silver Kennedy half which was produced from 1965 thru 1970 at the Denver Mint. The coins will come sealed in two cello blister-pacs/year. The OGP envelope is included for each year. The sets in the photos are the ones being offered. Thank you for looking.
