This is a simple, friction fit actuator/strut that slides onto the rib of your existing original landing gear to add a degree of realism and make it more similar to actual models used in the show's production. Sold in sets of 4, one set will let you add one strut to the aft of each pad, similar to the actual Eagle's gear in the show. If you want, you can buy more than one set and have a strut fore and aft of each pad. You could add up to 4 on each pad. I've included photos of my Eagle with 1, 2 and 3. How many sets you get is your choice. You can paint if you like. It's a distinctive add-on and upgrade to the classic toy/model that adds to the TV look.
