Over-all outter appearance seems to be in good almost new condition with some covers missing. Also writing on the block says timing is off so will need to be sure timing is good before operation. Past that, we have no other knowledge or history on the motor. Though it looks on the rougher side condition wise, this motor could possibly hook right up, and run a lot better than it looks. I'm starting the buy it now price low so someone could use it for parts, or take a chance on getting a great deal for a running motor.
