These are old stock from a distributor, that was never given out and is new old stock, with very storage blemishes from sitting around for decades in a warehouse (chance of minor marks or minor dust, but never used) These are for adult collectors and should NOT be Given TO SMALL Children EVER!! as SAFETY STANDARDS have changed....They are brittle and if worn, could/will crack and cause a choking hazard.
