Description: In good condition. There are light to medium surface ware and scuffs around the tubes. The tubes has glow in the dark stars and moon glitter. It is a little hard to see when the glitter glows but is more visible in black light. The tubes are approximately 11 1/2" long. The rubber rings will need to be replaced. The tubes tend to slip on the rubber rings. Please see pictures of the actual item and conditions.
