This cymbal has all of the telltale features of the Early American K Zildjian cymbal such as the microlathing, hammering on the bell, and the split "K" on both surfaces, not to mention the K trade stamp placing this cymbal among the first hand hammered K Zildjians produced on the North American continent when Armand Zildjian first consolidated the Zildjian brand decades ago! This is cymbal is ready to use but could use a cleaning, if that's your thing or you could leave it and add to the patina which has already developed and allow it to help define your individual sound as being very distinctive, unique and personal. This cymbal still retains all of the logos and model designation, even if somewhat faded, and this cymbal has obvious signs of use such as fingerprints, stick marks, some spots of tarnish, tape residue and the like - giving it great character and a played in sound and feel!
