Description: This is a fabulous symbol of wealth, and status, and is claimed to yield talismanic benefits towards health and well-being. It is a Navaratna that is crafted from 22k Yellow gold with natural stones. The stones are Diamonds, an Emerald, ruby, chrysoberyl, sapphire, citrine coral, pearl and topaz. The stone are all natural and either cabochon or polkie. The gems side is set with nine gems the center being a cabochon ruby with arms to the surrounding gems. The background is black enamel. The top features a small loop that can be used as a bail along with three nice near colorless polkie cut diamonds. One side is gem encrusted and the other is a very intricate gold floral design. This is an older piece, definitely not from modern craftsmanship. The details are so fine in the gold work on the back, it is an incredible example. The condition of this piece is very good with minimal wear, a couple of skuffs to the enamel work at the time of stone setting, but nothing major, no big chips or cracks. It is a beautiful piece on both sides.
