Description: 2x Controller Hall Effect Analog Stick Joystick Thumbstick for PS4 PS5 XBOX One Description: Hall effect joysticks (Choose the quantity you would like from the selection box) These use magnets to detect movement rather than the traditional wheel sensors that come with standard controllers. Magnets are much more accurate and much longer lasting the the standard wheel type sensors that wear out quickly. These are much higher quality providing an easier more responsive click (easier to run in games), have a strong spring back motion so they wont go soft or get stuck at the edges of the controller. Soldering is required to install these. They will also require calibration to get them set up to your controller as all controllers are calibrated differently. I use these to repair PS4 controllers myself and the easiest way to calibrate them is to keep the main circuit board out of the controller, attach the usb port to the board and plug it into the computer. Open a controller tester that detects the sensitivty of the analog sticks. Then push the anolog stick to one side, whilst it is in place put a pin or tiny screwdriver in one of the holes in the sensor then push the stick towards the middle (you should feel a little resistance). Once you have done this a bit you should see the difference on screen. So you will need to do this for each direction so that the resistance is as low as possible (doesnt have to be exactly on the centre just below 10% resistance roughly i find works.) These will only work with Genuine Sony and microsoft ontrollers If using for PS4 Please not they will only work with the following model numbers JDM-030, JDM-040, JDM-050 and JDM-055.
