If the connecting segments get loose over time, simply glue them together using a little bit of super glue or epoxy glue. Once 3D-printed, the parts are cleaned, sanded if needed, and the holes are filed to remove the excess filament. As it is common with 3D printing, the parts may have some tiny imperfections and layer lines will be visible however, this does not affect the sound quality.
