Description: This is a set of 4 small plates from Noritake in the pattern Oriental. Oriental was produced in Japan as pattern number 6341 from 1962 until being discontinued in 1978. It is described as having gold bamboo stalks with a gold trim. These dishes appear to have been originally produced as ash trays. However, they would make great dishes for butter pats, nuts, after dinner mints, soy sauce, wasabi, etc. The dish is approximately 5 inches long by about 3 inches wide. They stand about 1/2 inch tall. Hand washing recommended due to the gold trim. Plates are in good vintage pre-owned condition. Show very little signs of wear. Gold trim is in good shape as well.
