Description: Originally issued by Airfix in 1969, this is the 2019 re-release of the classic Handley Page Jetstream short range airliner/utility aircraft. Very crisp moldings for a tool that is over 50 years old. Airfix continues the strange USAF livery for this aircraft. Since it was mainly used by the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force, one would think Airfix would have included decals for those liveries rather than depicting the very minor role this A/C played with the USAF ( if any at all). Aftermarket decals are available to allow building of a civilian version . This kit is missing the landing gear struts but is otherwise complete. I have included a Revell "Globe" display stand so it can be assembled "gear up" to depict the cover a/c in flight. Reasonable offers are considered on all my listings: TRY MEFREE SHIPPING !!! !
