Description: Here is a 3-D printed chassis for the Union Pacific tender that followsthe 330 series "Challengers" 4-8-4s and the 21139,21140 Replacing the "metal" ones that deteriorated over the decades, you cannow get your favorite loco back onto the mainline... Nothing too fancy, it was developed during the Michigan game, followed by Washington... Holes are there for the reversing unit and mounting screws... the chassis is easy to drillfor your favorite electronic goodies you wish to put inside... this is a very rugged part, reducing the need to insulate the trucks and appliances. While I measured for free, the IT expert, had he not been paid off with a Thanksgiving dinner, would have cost $3,400 if paid by his hourly rate. My printer, a gift, was $180. So this part's development cost was $3,580. Enjoy it if you buy it... We did notice that various tenders had screw mountings that varied by as much as1MM. So you may have to fiddle a bit... Any way, you are going to get your tenders repaired... ;)
