Description: Up for sale is this lovely original antique hand colored engraving of Vermicelli Lichen. The print was salvaged from an 1805 copy of Sowerby's English Botany though the engraved date on the print is a little later. It comes with an accompanying page of descriptive text. It is overall in good condition with some light offsetting and minor wear as illustrated in the photos. Both the print and accompanying page of text measure approximately 9 1/4 inches by 5 3/8 inches. Please look at the scans to note the condition.
