Description: Beautiful 18ct Antique Victorian Ruby and Pearl crescent necklace with center diamond circa 1890-1900. This piece is wonderful with bright rubies and lusterous pearls. There is a beautiful .25 carat diamond in the center of this that has been added recently and is newer but vintage. The crescent itself measures 24mm and is 4mm in height. The rubies are a vibrant raspberry pink, there is one that is a little darker than the others. They range from 2.5mm x 3.7mm. They are in good shape but a few of them on close inspection with loop show a few flea bite nicks. Not at all noticeable by the naked eye.The white lustrous pearls range from 2mm-3.8mm. They are in excellent shape.The 9ct gold chain is substantial, not thin and measures 17.5 " long. It is 2mm wide and has open link.Crescent is in very good shape other than a little scarring on the back from pin removal .
