Description: ANTIQUE book of Fairy Tales by Hans Christian Andersen published by Altemus Young People's Library in 1898 in fair used condition. The front few pages are coming loose from the binding. There are light stains on some of the pages and along the outer edges of the pages have stains. There are small sections at the bottom of several different pages that are torn The worst being the bottom of page 17-18. The very last page has a tear in the top corner. The binding is getting loose on both cover and the side binding. There is staining on the covers of the book. The front cover also has a couple of wear spots on the title of the book. There are a couple of pages with yellow stains on them. There are no other marks in it. Otherwise in decent condition for it age. The book is 5 1/4" wide, by 6 5/8" long, by 1" deep.We ship in bubble wrap, and shredded paper to add as much cushioning as possible, to make sure your book arrives in the best possible condition it can.
