This salve also helps with planter fasciitis, muscle cramps, spasms and knots. The natural scent of dried arnica plant, is like straw or hay. You won't get that scent from store bought arnica because they dilute it down with other appealing scents. I make my own arnica oil. Hemp oil is locally sourced. I buy organic herbs when possible. I buy ingredients as close to original maker as possible. This ensures that I know what is in each ingredient that is used. Choose from 2,4,8 oz sizes. I use high quality essential oils. If you are allergic to any of these ingredients, let me know and I will try to substitute one of the ingredients. Use 2-3 times daily or as needed for pain. Use externally only.
