Description: Not working Vintage Ronson ® Pioneer British Empire Made In Hong Kong Lighter. Appears to be a wick type lighter, with what's left of the wick smashed and charred. Etched on the underside Ronson ® Pioneer British Empire Made In Hong Kong USA PAT# 2,481,195. Canada PAT# 449159. Etched RONSON ® on one side of the lighter. Pull off the base and unscrew to refill? When pressed down the lever does not lift up the igniter part of the lighter. The lighter is empty, it has surface wear and scratching to the material. Buying as is, for repair or collectible . The metal used to make the lighter is not known, but has a brushed chrome finish.
