Complete 12 Volume Hardcover Set bound in gilt decorated, ivory/cream colored vellum boards, #142 of a limited edition of 500 copies. Unmarked and securely bound copies. The vellum boards have light oxidation stains, and are mildly bowed in the first 2 volumes of The Thousand Nights and One Night. Additionally, there are tears in the hinge papers in those volumes, and Vol. I's spine is somewhat wrinkled. Spine head in Vol. VII has a tear. The vellum on the spine of Arabic Tales I is somewhat faded. Unfortunately, I was only able to locate 5 of what were supposed to be 21 "eaux-fortes" or etchings (3 in Vol. I and 2 in Vol. II) by M.
