Description: The bottle of honing oil is labeled 3 ounces and feels about 3/4 of the way full. I am guessing it was somewhat flattened by the darkening in center that occurs when sanding one on a flat surface. When laying a straightedge across the stone in both directions the center was just a touch higher than the outer edges.
