One is an unidentified red decorator's mark, the other the green arrow white ware mark of Laviolette. Age: The Laviolette company produced fine porcelain goods between 1896 and 1905. That means this dresser tray is between 120 and 127 years old. Source: third edition of the Collector's Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain by Mary Frank Gaston. Design: The pure white rectangular tray features a finely detailed cherub surrounded by raised gold scrollwork within a field of delicate purple flowers and green leaves. Size: It's 9 inches long, 6 1/8 inches wide and 3/4 inch deep. It weighs 11.9 ounces. Condition: It's in excellent condition for its age with no marks, nicks, chips, cracks, stains, discoloration, repairs or crazing. There is wear to the gold edge - it's visible in the photos.
