Description: Barbie was ultimate Career Girl, focused, creative, and always very stylish! This Career Girl outfit is in Excellent and Complete condition, and includes the black and white tweed suit on a clear plastic dress form, red knit bodysuit, matching tweed hat with rose accent, long black gloves, and black Japan marked mules. Everything pictured here is original vintage Mattel. I don't rate anything as "Mint" unless I've just taken it out of the original packaging. I've collected vintage Barbie for 30+ years, and I scrutinize items I sell on eBay. The tweed suit is in Excellent shape; it's clean with all of its buttons and snaps intact. It doesn't have any runs or frays. The red bodysuit is unfaded, and has its snap intact at the back. It doesn't have any holes or runs. I notice that there is a 1/2" of the edge stitching undone at the left front leg opening visible in the main pic; and on the back of each leg opening the edge stitching is undone for 1/4" . The tweed hat still has its red rose with 2 leaves at the center front. The hat looks quite nice, and I have put some tissue inside the hat to help keep its shape. The long black gloves are Near Mint, and don't have any holes or runs. The black mules are marked Japan on the bottom of one shoe; they don't have any splits.
