Bank Of England 1694-1994 Offered is a Britannia silver bowl which was made by one of the all time great silversmiths `Christopher Lawrence` and bears his initials CNL along side the Sheffield hallmarks, Tudor Rose, Britannia Standard and date letter U for the year 1994. This fine decorative piece was commissioned by the directors of the bank of England to present to staff in commemoration of the 300th anniversary of the founding of the bank on 27 July 1694 Size; 110mm x 97mm This is one of a pair that I have listed.
