For 80's geeks like me, this is an easy way to connect Cussler to almost anything 80's as Jordan starred in Michael J. Fox's "The Secret of My Success" and "Dune" among other films... The film, while largely panned was enjoyable and still a worth a watch. Unfortunately, being written and filmed prior to Ballard actually finding the Titanic, much of the main premise of raising her is now only a dream of the past.
