Product Description: ( from Comp-Tac website) The Twin Mag Pouch Paddle is an all-Kydex® magazine pouch which gives a smooth, friction-free surface perfect for a quick reload. The Twin Mag Pouch Paddle attaches to the belt with a paddle mount. The Paddle Mount is designed to be worn inside the waistband of the users pants. This allows the user to position the magazine pouch for perfect 3 o'clock wear regardless of where their pants belt loops fall. The Twin Mag Pouch Paddle has two individual pouches for each mag to sit into separately, and the tension can be adjusted on each magazine individually. Magazines are spaced so that even if mag pouches have a base pad lip- there is enough room so the user will only draw one mag at a time and not snag the second mag.
