Description: Dept 56 New England Village “Shingle Creek House” w/light & Icicles. RETIRED. The Shingle Creek House adds a pop of cheery red to the New England Village Series by Dept 56. This collectible is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. A slight dot of red paint on the snow on the right hand side-could be easily touched up or covered with artificial snow. The light is included with the building, as well as the icicles. Icicles applied with tacky wax and could be removed. The original styrofoam box and cardboard sleeve are in good condition, showing minimal wear and very functional for storage. Part of a collection, gently used, and adored!
