An absolute must own for any serious game / pc collector!• This game is BRAND-NEW & FACTORY SEALED!Cosmetically this game is in EXCELLENT condition overall, especially for its age. The outer game box is in very nice shape overall (shown below). Aside from general surface wear there are no visible tears or damage to the shrink-wrap. As-is common with these glossy boxes, there is some light moisture under the seal so the shrink-wrap clings to the box a bit (pictured below). OFFICAL US NTSC RELEASE. It will be packaged securely to protect its condition.
