Spanish Sketches by Edward Penfield, published in 1911 by Charles Scribner's Sons in New York. Three sections: Between Towns in Spain, Spanish Impressions, and A Bull Fight. Color plates in varying sizes are tipped in on 29 pages - I counted 2 more than the Illustration list shows. The plates run from a few small (5" x 1½" and up) to 7" x 4¾". Book measures approximately 9¾" x 7¼" x ¾" with 146 pages. Check all photos. . CONDITION: Cover is fragile with missing/taped spine, worn corners/edges. Interior is clean and intact with some splits along the bottom - see photos #9-10. All plates are intact - 1 of a bull is creased - there are several in the Bull Fight section. Great for framing; possibly scrapbooking or journaling. Check 24 photos closely. . My Packaging: The book will be carefully wrapped and shipped in a box by Media Mail. Clean packaging is used; never, never newspaper or "paper" envelopes . . . padded or otherwise. Shipped from SMOKE and PET-FREE home.
