Description: Finely engraved early 1900s letterhead of the Chicago Technical College (1904-1977) in Chicago, IL. This is a typewritten message advertising for their Master Unit Book (construction estimating). Dates from sometime between 1928 and 1950. (8.4" x 10.8") Please examine pictures closely for condition. Two full horizontal creases with multiple additional smaller creases, tears in the ends of the creases (3/4" right bottom, 5/8" left top, 3/8" right top, 1/4" left bottom), multiple additional small (<3/8") tears in the edges, a few tiny stains on both sides, blank on the reverse. Original, not a reproduction. Will refold at original creases for shipping.
