"Brisingr" September 2008 Borzoi / Knopf. Stated First Edition, first printing (printing number line has 1 as low number). ISBN 9780375826726. 784 pages. Hardcover with dust jacket. All of these books have been signed by the author, using black ink, on the title page. There are no inscriptions, dates, or personalizations, just a flat signature. There were extras laid in to all three books. By book, the extras are: 1. Eragon - two Eragon movie bookmarks from Summer 2006, and two temporary tattoos featuring the dragon on the cover of Eldest. 2. Eldest - sealed CD in cardboard cover. CD has a close up of the Eldest cover dragon on the front. From the back of the CD sleeve: "On this special LIMITED EDITION CD, author Christopher Paolini discusses his return to this incredible world and reads an early chapter excerpt." It also mentions on the front an "Author Q&A". 3. Brisingr - local bookstore bookmark advertising the release of Brisingr. Note this book was found at an estate sale of a former elementary school teacher who collected books, including many young adult novels. This was in Naperville, Illinois, home to Anderson's Bookshop. Anderson's had author Christopher Paolini in multiple times for book signings over the years, and I suspect these books were signed during one (or more likely multiple) of his stops in the area.
