It's silky and shimmery in a nice navy blue. It is 100% polyester and is a size LARGE. It is 37" long from the top of the straps to the bottom of the hem. The straps are NOT ADJUSTABLE. Made in Korea. Hand wash, line dry. Looks in new condition. I DO NOT DO RETURNS so please ask any questions before buying. I DO NOT SELL INTERNATIONALLY.
