These bamboo poles are about 1 inch thick at the base and taper ever so slightly. Some poles will be a bit longer &/or thicker than mentioned. These fire cured poles are hand made and each one has a unique heat pattern with a smooth golden color and a glossy look. They grows naturally and without fertilizer on our 20 acre farm in the backwoods of Southwest Mississippi.
