By my measurements, straight across on the inside and doubled, I get a Waist Size of 41. Please Check Your Measurements for these before you purchase them. These have a suggested retail price of $50 that I will leave on them.*** These Don't say what type of fit they have. They say they are an Everyday Casual Short. I don't know how true to size they are compared to other brands in this Style/Fit. I don't know how the fit will be for a normal Waist Size 44. Like I said above, I get a Waist Measurement of 41" so they may be too small/tight for a Waist of 44". The Hips measure 43". You will have to be the judge on if these will fit you properly from the measurements compared to yours. Please don't hold me responsible for the fit for the tag size. I am telling you all I know and see about them. They can Stretch and they have a Comfort Stretch Waistband. They have Belt Loops for You to add a belt. They Do Not have a Drawstring. *** Please Check Your Measurements Against Mine. You want to be sure they are the Style, Fit and Size for You/Your Body Shape/Type.*** The Inseam/Length for these is 10" - They will weigh a tad over 1 pound for shipping.
