It's two ports open progressively instead of at the same time (unlike the 38/38 Synchronous Weber), you'll get noticeable horsepower gains over the stock Aisin carb along with the efficiency of the carburetor not running all out all the time. The kit comes complete with an adapter kit to mount the Weber to your stock manifold, hardware to hook it up to your stock linkage, an air cleaner assembly, and all the gaskets, hardware, and fuel hose most typical installations will need. You may need to get a fuel pressure regulator (sold separately) as Webers like 3 psi fuel environments and, depending on where you live or your driving style or engine modifications, you may need to re-jet the carburetor however normally these are pretty close for most applications out of the box.
