Girdle 1950 Peach Satin Panels Cotton/rayon Garters 30” Waist PIN-UP SEXY Retro

Description: Offered here is a gorgeous and extremely well-made pinkish-peach, jaquard girdle with a luxurious satin panel. The embroidered jaquard pattern is shiny leaves and crescents. The pattern is lovely— and exceptional with the satin front panel which gives it a classy, “ Old Hollywood” flair! Perfect for a Pin-Up look, Vargas girl! (As shown on Billy Elish’ look on the cover of Vogue in photo 3). Waist measures 30” and has some expansiveness with the elastic panels. It is marked 30 inside. Hips measure 38” and expand to about 40” . The girdle is 13”-14” in length. This girdle fastens with 12 hook and eyes down the left side, backed with soft flannel for comfort. There are 14 stays and two wide elastic panels with a smaller one in the front. The girdle has 4 adjustable garters. ALL the elastic on garters and panels is strong. This girdle is very wearable and looks barely worn! The girdle is shown with two of the vintage bras—a satin long-line and satin conical bras (two listed in different sizes) that I have listed from the same period that look fabulous with the girdle and the colors match.
