Hinges are intact and binding is tight. Ffep has an owner name. Pages are bright, but with light foxing throughout, and heavier foxing adjacent to the portrait plates. These have small tissue guards. The book is divided by each of the thirteen state delegations, with a bio of each delegate. Overall Condition is Very Good I can no longer ship internationally. All my books are as described.
