Doolittle Etching & Aquatint "Mountain Serenity" 1944 Signed - Printmakers Society of California Original etching and aquatint by Californian artist Harold L. Doolittle (1883-1974). Titled, "Mountain Serenity" and signed in pencil by the artist along the bottom margin. Published in 1944 in an edition of unnumbered impressions for members of the Printmakers Society of California. This is one of a small collection recently purchased which have been in storage for many years. Measurements: overall 13inches x 17.5inches wide, the etching being 12.5inches x 9.5inches wide. Condition: fairly good condition, not under glass but only minimal surface wear, etching is lightly tacked to the back mount board - Please see all photos as these form part of the condition report. Weight without packaging: 130g - this will be packaged between card classed as a medium sized parcel.
