Does NOT INCLUDE FEED TUBE, BLADE or LOCKING CAP! MOTOR BASE ONLY! - Unit has been tested by manually overriding magnetic interlock safety switch… MOTOR WORKS and shaft turns. However, please note, if you plug this unit in, it will not turn on without this switch being engaged by the magnetic interlock portion of the feed mechanism. Overriding the switch is dangerous and must not be used this way with a blade attached. - DAMAGE: There is a CRACK in the plastic housing beneath the shaft. - Crack does not appear to affect function in any way, but for cleanliness, at minimum, the crack should be filled with food grade epoxy or ideally, have that part replaced with a new part, or simply use this machine for parts for another machine. It is up to buyer to determine how best to use this machine and seller takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for any consequences resulting from its use. - DAMAGE: Rubber near power cord base is damaged. - COSMETIC CONDITION- Unit has some flecks of blue paint. SHIPPING - Item is available for local pickup or shipped by UPS. Unit is 50lbs. Please anticipate 2-3 days to build a custom box for shipping and expect package to weigh as much as 55lbs.
