Description: This radio plays great!! I hooked It up to a wire antenna and it plays great. I picked up some AM on 7.290 some guys were conversing, then WWV on 10 Mhz & 15 Mhz the AM broadcast and FM broadcast. The outer antenna was not necessary on am & fm broadcast but on shortwave it really makes a big difference. With the built in pull up 8-section antenna. The front of the radio is loose.
