Description: Spectacular modernist watercolor by well listed American artist Kendal Hopkins (1908-1981). There are 3 figures in this piece-- a lady in the lower left and 2 people in the center looking out at the sea. On the back it is: titled Ibiza, signed Kendal Hopkins and dated March 19, 1970 (in 2 places). In good vintage condition. No tears or foxing. Watercolor paper has some wave to it, but will be fine when framed. 13x16 inches. Ibiza is one of the Balearic islands, an archipelago of Spain in the Mediterranean Sea.
