They are very clean and shiny, inside and out, without chips, cracks, dark utensil markings, or dishwasher film, and the base bottoms show minimal signs of use. Every bowl offered has been closely inspected and the only thing noted were a few very light superficial (clear) marks consistent with minimal use and/or storage.
