Description: This is a Lionel No. 204 Pre-war O Gauge 2-4-2 Steam Locomotive and No. 1689 T Tender from 1940-42. The locomotive features a diecast metal boiler, operating headlight, 3-postion e-unit for direction control, detailed Baldwin type drive wheels, and center rail pickup rollers. It is in very good condition with the only short coming being a slight bend in the right rear corner of the cab roof. This loco has been thoroughly cleaned, lubricated, and serviced including new motor brushes and a new contact drum in the e-unit. The tender features stamped metal construction and a manual box-style coupler. It has also been cleaned and lubricated. The pair have been track tested and they run extremely well and reverse properly and reliably. They are ready to run and enjoy on your layout.
