The vest has no tears, holes, rips or stains of any kind, that the seller can see. There is however, very slight fading of color, in some areas due to prior usage & age of the garment. The removable pouch, as well as the front, has zippers that are easy to slide up & down. The vest has been previously cleaned (Only refreshed by the seller) and is in ready to use condition.
