Description: This a Minnesota Automation Rotary Pick-and-Place machine to place cards or small packettes on to a paperboard carrier card. We used it in conjunction with a Post folder/gluer, but it can be adapted to any type of machine with a fairly consistent timed feed mechanism. Complete with feed tray, Nordson hot melt tank, hot melt hoses and glue guns, all manuals, and a pallet of spare parts. Note that the Nordson unit will power up and heat up to the set temperature, but the temperature fluctuates. Tech rep said it "needs a new circuit board". We didn't bother because we could use it as it is, just have to keep an eye on the tank temperature. Requires 230VAC, 50 amp, 3 phase power. We have used it to place items as small as a 1"x1" temporary tattoo, to a 6"x6" pouch with samples of shampoo. Works best with smaller (2"x4") pouches that are fairly flat. We have also used it to place plastic gift cards on mailers. We will crate it up and load it on a truck, but buyer will be responsible for arranging shipping.
