Description: MODEL ENGINEER 3/16"-40 MTP 90° ANGLE GLOBE VALVE [TAPERED THREADS] This is an Authentic Scale Model Steam Valve. A quality Bronze casting with machined Brass components. This little valve has a nice appearance and is quality manufactured in the United States. It looks and works just like its full-size predecessor. Cast bronze valve and Stamped Hand Wheel and Packing Nut on the Bonnet. Thread size is 3/16"-40 MTP Pipe and can be used for Steam Service. We use these for both Isolation and Regulation of Steam on Our 1"- 1~1/2" Scale Steam Locomotives and Boilers. They are of great quality and work well.
